Wired & Wireless DNC

DIGITECH offer both wired & wireless DNC system. The simplest unit is CNC code Loader, DIGI HHT-22" " is a portable battery operated terminal with membrane type QWERTY key board & 40 X 2 Alphanumeric LCD. It has in-built DNC Software. DIGI HHT-22 is compatible to all CNC systems.

For wired DNC, there are few options as under -

1) Using multi-port RS-232 card & use of Digi Isolator : In this sytem, 8 or 16 CNC machines are interfaced with a data cable" ". To avoid ground loop problems, & safety of CNC port, we put optical isolation between each CNC port & Multi-port card.

2) Lan based DNC : A device called LS-100 is interfaced near RS-232 port. This converts RS-232 signals into LAN signals. The data flows through a LAN cable up to PC.This is a simple & cost effective solution.

In wireless DNC, there are two options : 1) Using BT-100 : This is an industrial Bluetooth adaptor. With one pair, wireless DNC is established. DNC Software WIN-COM is to be loaded on PC. If any other DNC Software is available, the same can be used with a pair of BT-100

2) Wi-Fi DNC : In this one wireless access point is interfaced with PC. There are different wireless nodes near CNC. We offer LS-100-W product from SENA. Multiple CNCs are interfaced in wireless mode using WIN-COM DNC Software.

Policy on service support :Any product sold & installed by DIGITECH is supported by qualified & experienced service staff. We offer 12 months replacement warranty on products. The services are offered on phone / fax / e-mails. On site services in & around Pune are not charged during warranty period. On-site services are charged. The charges are dependent on the location.

Upgradation : We offer upgradation of products. If the product is upgraded within 6 months, we take back the old product & supply new product at additional cost. Thus the initial investment is utilized.

Spares : We keep the spares for at least 5 years.
