The product FastCAM is also available in several 'NC system' packages to meet your needs and budget. FastCAM® NC Professional Edition - The most popular and our recommended system. Offers best value as a complete professional drawing system with NC verification, Automatic Nesting and Pathing. Also includes Bulk CAD features. FastCAM® Standard Edition - Still very quick but not automatic. Appropriate where production levels aren't as critical or demanding (Repetition cutters, low duty cycle etc). You can do all the same things except it is MANUAL. Note: You can upgrade to the Professional Edition at any time. FastCAM® NC Edition - Aimed at single part cutters. FastCAM® provides easy integration with existing design systems for independent postprocessing and nesting. FastCAM® does NOT require any third party CAD packages however where drawing information already exists FastCAM® has the best CAD interface in the business with a single click to import and clean third party CAD files, including IGES and DXF. These valuable 'Smart CAD Tools' are included in the FastCAM systems with the exception of the **AUTOCAD DWG IMPORT utility which must be purchased separately. CAD-CLEAN A Smart CAD feature that eliminates the need to spend time on messy files (that can also create machines stoppages). Also automatically optimizes them ready for cutting.
