Previous : One of the manufacturing set ups is located in Pimpri, Pune. There are HAAS machines. The CNC operator was feeding the program in MDI mode. It used to take lot of time. There were manual errors. The CNC operator was keeping a separate log book for the programs fed in CNC.

Now :  DIGITECH installed BT-100 wireless DNC System on their HASS Machines. Both CNCs are installed on ground floor, while DNC-PC   is kept on first floor cabin. The Baud Rate used is 9600 on both CNCs.
