Present Method of Data Transfer to CNCs at Raigad plant  : By Manual Data Input. It used to take long time.

DIGITECH wireless Solution  : JSPL was looking for wireless DNC . DIGITECH demonstrated the BT-100 product. All above mentioned 3 CNCs were wirelessly interfaced with a DNC-PC. Two more CNCs are in pipe line. DIGITECH supplied one  8 port serial card & five pairs of wireless BT-100 units. Eight Channel WIN-COM DNC Software has been loaded on the PC.  The installation & Training was completed on 24th Jan. 2008 Mr. M. K. Singh - A. G. M. Planning at JINDAL, was very happy about the installation. Mr. Rajesh Nayak, Mr. Jahangir, & Mr. Manoj Kumar are using this system daily on their CNC.
